The first ROLAND 700 EVOLUTION from South America started its operation in São Paulo, at Escala 7, in 2017. Dedicated to packaging production, in particular cartons for the most diversified segments, as well as pioneering in display fabrication; the printshop was demanding complete and flexible equipment that could optimize their manufacturing with lots of resources, but at the lowest possible cost.
Almost 4 years later, we asked to Mr. Antonio Carlos Brusco, Industrial Director from Escala 7, to tell us about his experience of owning three ROLAND sheetfed printing machines in his printshop, this is what he told us:
“We are really satisfied with the Evolution 700. It’s really a huge evolution both in terms of both productivity, which reaches at least 35%, as well as more user-friendly software. The InlineColorPilot and the InlineInspector are essential equipment to guarantee the quality of the jobs, and the simultaneous plate change (SPL) provided us extensive flexibility and throughput in our production”.
