DC DruckChemie Acquires WS Print

Europe’s leading print chemicals producer expands further with latest acquisition 

DC DruckChemie GmbH (DC DruckChemie) announced today that it has acquired the business of silicone emulsions manufacturer, WS Print GmbH & Co. KG (WS Print).

WS Print is a well-known German manufacturer and supplier of chemicals to the printing industry. The company produces silicone emulsions and fountain solution concentrates for the heatset, coldset and sheetfed sectors.
